Job Title: Member Development Partner

Job Classification: Full-Time

Reports To: Vice President, Member Development

Location: Remote – US based. Occasional travel required (<10%)

Salary Range: $130,000 – $140,000 base salary. Bonus target $58,000 – $60,000

Anticipated Start Date: May 16, 2025

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Member Development Partner (MDP) has responsibility for ensuring selected and assigned new Chairs launch their new Groups within the established timelines. The MDP inspires, motivates, and challenges new Chairs to do more than they would on their own, create momentum and consistency, and take more effective and focused actions. The MDP will use superior communication, consistent follow-through skills, and a high level of inspection to develop and execute strategies along with the Chair building a new Group, which will result in a successful Group start. The MDP will also teach and coach new Chairs on all matters related to Membership sourcing, selection, and conversion.

The MDP will partner closely with the Senior Vice President (SVP), New Group Development to coach and assist assigned Chair Candidates to launch new TIGER 21 Groups with a minimum of Five Founding Members.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Other duties may be assigned

  • Formation Events
    • Lead/Participate In developing and delivering effective Formation event{s) for assigned Chair Candidates with the goal of 6 or more qualified attendees and a 50% conversion to join rate with 60 days of the Formation Event.
    • Remain In the market (If deemed necessary) to assist with closing attendees or to meet with prospects not able to attend the Formation Event.
  • Participate in weekly coaching calls with the Chair Candidate and the SVP, New Group Development
  • Coach/Mentor assigned New Chairs with New Groups in business development, sales and other TIGER 21 related skills and techniques until the Group launches.
  • Coach and assist assigned Chairs In Membership growth activities including:
    • New Member acquisition
    • Pipeline development, management, and reporting
  • Work with SVP, New Group Development & VP, Member Development to
    • Identify, interview, select and onboard new Chair Candidates
    • Develop and deliver sales training to Chair Candidates
    • Participate as a resource in Foundations of Chairing (New Chair Training)
  • TiGER 21 Sales Consultant
    • Work with the SVP, New Group Development and VP, Member Development to develop and deliver training for Chairs and Sales staff.
    • Consult with the SVP, New Group Development and VP, Member Development in areas of sales and business development including:
    • Identify areas of the sales process, business development, marketing, and growth, that can be Improved and help develop next versions for the benefit of TIGER 21 and Its stakeholders.

DESIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field preferred
  • Experience with Leadership Development Tools and Training Skills
  • Experience in Project Management and Consulting
  • Knowledge of wealth preservation and investment principles

  • Salesforce CRM
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
