Job Title:                    Sales Development Representative (“SDR”)

Reports To:               Chief Development Officer

Salary Range:          $70-80k                    

POSITION SUMMARY:

The position of Sales Development Representative reports to the Chief Development Officer but primarily interacts with the Member Development Directors and Member Development Partners.  This individual plays a critical role in the development and execution of the firm’s new business goals by conducting the initial interaction with candidates to assess fit/viability and as appropriate to affect a smooth transition to the appropriate MDD/MDP.  The role includes lead generation follow-up, appointment setting, reporting & analytics, lead conversion and pipeline management. In conjunction with the MDD’s and MDP’s the successful candidate for this position will both drive and support activities related to assessing and nurturing TIGER 21 Member candidates by driving the initial portion of the candidate journey.  The ideal candidate will have a strong passion and appreciation for an effective and efficient sales process as well as thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and performance-driven environment. Success will be determined by building interest and leading/moving prospects through the sales pipeline.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate with candidates, primarily via email, phone to assess interest and fit as a TIGER 21 Member
  • Maintain knowledge of Chairs/Groups to assess likely best fit for candidates pursuing Membership in markets with more than one Chair/Group
  • Facilitate a smooth transition for candidate to appropriate MDD/MDP
  • Schedule next meeting between candidate and MDD/MDP
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track and manage sales pipeline
  • Research and source leads via various sources, including Linkedin

  • Knowledge of CRM and other tracking software

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP AND KEY PARTNERSHIPS:

The SDR will report to the Chief Development Officer, but note that this reporting relationship may be subject to future change.  The primary engagement will be with the Member Development Directors.

  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Standard communication tools – Zoom, Teams, Outlook, etc
