Mark I. Solomon

Mark I. Solomon is Chairman of CMS Companies. Mr. Solomon is a Member of Chief Executives’ Organization (CEO) and World Presidents’ Organization (WPO). He is a Chartered Life Underwriter – The American College and is on the Board of Directors of M Financial Holdings, Inc., Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. and American Israel Public Affairs Committee. Mr. Solomon also serves of Chairman of the Board of American Friends of Yemin Orde, Vice Chairman of The Gesu School. He is on the Board of Trustees of The Young Scholars Charter School and is a recipient of the United Way CEO of the Year Award, Community Award from The Jewish Federation of Philadelphia and of the Israel Chamber of Commerce Award in Philadelphia. Mr. Solomon holds a BS from The Wharton School.
