Mike Corasaniti
Mike Corasaniti is a Managing Director of Pequot Capital Management responsible for co-managing the core global portfolios and overseeing the research effort of the core global team. Mr. Corasaniti joined the firm in 2003. Mr. Corasaniti is also an Associate Adjunct Professor in the Finance and Economics Department at the Columbia Business School. Previously, Mr. Corasaniti was Director of Research and an Executive Vice President at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. (“KBW”). Prior to joining KBW, Mr. Corasaniti was a Managing Director at Neuberger Berman where he comanaged a $3 billion equity product. Before Neuberger, Mr. Corasaniti was an analyst at Alex. Brown & Sons and Mabon Securities. Early in Mr. Corasaniti’s career he was a retail stockbroker at Prudential-Bache, a mortgage-backed securities salesman for Meridian Bancorp and an analyst at Bear, Stearns & Co. Mr. Corasaniti graduated with a B.A. in International Relations from Tulane University and received his M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia University.
