Corina Weigl

Corina Weigl is a partner with Fasken Martineau. She focuses her practice on estate and family business succession planning, including wills and trusts, corporate re-organizations, marriage contracts, estate administration, charities and not-for-profit law. When dealing with planning matters, clients have commended Corina on her ability to address complex legal issues. Corina also represents clients in both contentious and non-contentious estate litigation matters including will challenges, mental capacity matters, applications for advice and direction of the court and passing of fiduciary accounts. Clients, colleagues and peers acknowledge her sensitive and insightful approach to clients’ affairs, and consider Corina to be a practitioner who provides timely, pragmatic advice in a cost-effective way.
