Steve Cinelli

STEVEN CINELLI is a seasoned investment professional with years of experience in leveraged buyouts, venture capital and private equity. Steven is the co-founder of both OffRoad Capital and PRIMARQ, two private securities platforms, the former the first online market system for private equity, the latter designed to change the world of housing finance by providing equity to homeowners and homebuyers. Steven is an active speaker on topics of housing finance, venture capital, capital markets, crowdfunding and regulatory reform, and has presented to Congress on such topics. Mr. Cinelli is a founding panelist of Silicon Valley comes to Oxford, a program sponsored by Oxford University.
