Dr. Adam Gazzaley is a visionary in the field of neuroscience.  He is a Professor in Neurology, Physiology and Psychiatry at UC San Francisco, the Founding Director of the Neuroscience Imaging Center, and Director of the Gazzaley Lab- a cognitive neuroscience laboratory that studies neural mechanisms of perception, attention and memory, with an emphasis on the impact of distraction and multitasking on these abilities. He wrote and hosted the nationally-televised PBS special “The Distracted Mind with Dr. Adam Gazzaley”, and has co-authored with Dr. Larry Rosen the soon to be released MIT Press book: “The Distracted Mind: Ancient Brains in a High-Tech World”.  For more details, please visit: https://neuroscape.ucsf.edu
