Alisha is a start-up veteran who has served as both COO and CFO of several high-growth companies. In her role as Chief Operating Officer at Redox, Alisha is building the internal infrastructure needed to support rapid growth. Prior to joining Redox, Alisha served as acting CFO at Evolent Health where in just four years she helped it grow from a nascent start-up to a publicly-traded $200M+ company with 1500+ employees. During her almost five years at Evolent, she oversaw all day-to-day financial activities and led Evolent’s finance team through the financial modeling and due-diligence tasks that enabled Evolent to close a $100M Series B round of funding. Prior to joining Evolent, Alisha was the Chief Operating Officer of Verdeo Group, a clean energy company that developed waste methane projects. As Verdeo’s first employee, Alisha worked closely with the founders to develop the company’s operational plan, hire key talent, build the financial infrastructure and scale internal operations, all with the goal of positioning the firm for a successful sale. Alisha left Verdeo in 2012, after selling the firm to a large international clean energy company.
Alisha received her B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Stanford University.
