Mitch Golden

Mitch Golden joined Greenlight Masters in January 2012 as co-portfolio manager and became sole portfolio manager in July 2013. Previously, Mitch was a research consultant with Senator Investment Group, where he focused on equity, credit and special situation investments. Prior to his time with Senator, Mitch launched Motu Capital Partners, a long/short fund where he served as portfolio manager. Prior to founding Motu Capital Partners, Mitch served as the primary research analyst at RH Capital Associates, a global long/short equity and credit fund. Mitch began his career as a financial analyst at Wolfensohn & Co., a boutique M&A advisory firm. He then joined Oak Hill Capital, a private equity firm, and went on to co-found Quova, an internet infrastructure company. Mitch earned his BA, with Honors and Distinction, from Stanford University in 1994, and earned his MBA, with Honors, from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2003.
