Nicholas Coburn

Nicholas S. Coburn is the Founder, and co-Managing Partner of Bloomfield Capital. Prior to forming the Company, Nick was a founding member of TriCap Holdings, a diversified real estate company focused on opportunistic real estate financings, and operating in partnership with Fortress Investment Group. Prior to this, Nick was Vice President of Agree Realty Corporation (NYSE: ADC), where he directed the nationwide development activities of the company for more than seven years. Nick is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Detroit School of Law and also received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado. He is an active member of the State Bar of Michigan.
