Peter A. Gelwarg

Mr. Gelwarg is a Principal in the Private Client Practice at Bernstein Investment Research and Management, having joined the Firm as a financial advisor in 1998. Previously, he was a partner and Director of the Tax, Estate and Financial Planning Department at a midsize CPA firm in New Jersey. Mr. Gelwarg earned a B.S. in Accounting from American University, a Master’s of Science Degree in Taxation from Seton Hall University and the Professional Designation Certified Financial Planner. He is a frequent public speaker, speaking at seminars for the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants for whom he has also developed seminars on investment planning issues for high net worth families. Mr. Gelwarg is a member of the NJSCPA and AICPA and is a former member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs Financial Planning Committee.
