Scott Adelson

Mr. Adelson is Houlihan Lokey’s (HLI) Co-Presient, Global Co-Head of Corporate Finance, and is a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. His practice embraces all aspects of corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and the issuance of debt and equity capital. Mr. Adelson has been with the firm for more than 25 years and is based in the Los Angeles office. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Adelson had been a serial entrepreneur and he continues to be, founding companies in various industries. He is an active board member of various public and private companies and nonprofit organizations. Mr. Adelson completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California and received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business
