Seamus Foran

Seamus is a Senior Vice President of Brookfield’s Real Estate Opportunity Group, where he has been involved in all aspects of real estate transactions including property finance, acquisition and disposition, as well as asset management and development since 2002. Seamus joined Brookfield in 1993 as a Vice President and was appointed Senior Vice President of Project Finance & Investments for its commercial property operations in 2000. Seamus has completed over $1.85 billion in commercial property financings and $2.2 billion in acquisitions and dispositions. Seamus received a degree in Honors Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.
