Ted co-founded Dynamo Ventures with Barry Large and Santosh Sanker in 2016, with their inaugural fund achieving a top 5% return for funds of that vintage. They previously bootstrapped Access America Transportation (“AAT”) to 10 offices, 500+ employees, and $490M in sales which subsequently merged with Coyote Logistics in 2014 and the combined business exited to UPS for $1.8B.  They have deep supply chain expertise with over 30 years practical experience as operators and also founded three other logistics businesses Steam Logistics, Reliance Partners, & AAT Carriers
