William Moran
Bill counsels entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals and families in developing comprehensive estate plans to help them achieve their long term estate planning goals in a tax efficient manner. He guides families through estate administration and advises individuals on their fiduciary responsibilities as Personal Representatives and Trustees. He also assists business owners in establishing succession plans for closely held businesses. Bill is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar. He is a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council, a founding member of Greater Boston Fiduciary Law American Inn of Court, a former member of the Trust and Estate Consortium, a former member of the Boston Bar Association’s Trusts and Estates Section Committee a former member and co-chair of the Boston Bar Association’s Trusts and Estates New Developments Committee. Bill is a member of the Board of Overseers and Planned Giving Committee for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston, and a founding co-chair of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Boston Friends Council. He lives in Boston with his wife and two young children.
