    Chris Cecil is Chair of Charlotte 01 and Family Office 01. He is the Founder and President of Biltmore Family Office, LLC, a collaborative family office group. He brings 30 years of experience to investment-oriented business owners, entrepreneurs, and their families focusing on such areas as investment management, asset allocation, investment policy creation, multi-generational planning, and the succession of family offices. Previously, Chris was a Partner of GenSpring Family Offices, has served as a President for JPMorgan Private Bank, and Senior Managing Director at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. Cecil graduated from the University of North Carolina and has received executive degrees from the Harvard Business School and the Darden Business School. He serves on numerous philanthropic and investment committee boards, as well as several family office governance boards nationwide.

    Ron Diamond is the Chair of Chicago 02, 03 and Family Office 02. Diamond is a longtime investor and entrepreneur and the Founder and Chairman of Diamond Wealth with divisions focusing on philanthropy, wealth transfer, investment banking, social impact, and governance. Ron serves on the Advisory Board of 10 privately held companies and acts as Chairman for 4 of them. He is the Founder of Family Office World, a podcast whose mission is to educate the market about Family Offices. Diamond is deeply committed to giving back and is an active philanthropist and civic leader. He is serves on the Leadership Circle of the Aspen Institute, a global nonprofit organization committed to realizing a free, just, and equitable society. He also sits on the Board of several other charities and non-profit organizations in his community. Diamond studied at Northwestern University, graduating Magna Cum Laude and earning his degree in Economics.

    Jeff Hays, Chair of Nashville 01, 02, and Family Office 03, boasts extensive financial experience. Co-founding a research and asset management firm in 2001, he played a crucial role in expanding its assets to over $2 billion as president. In 2017, leveraging his financial prowess, Jeff became a chair at TIGER 21, focusing on peer-to-peer collaboration to enhance members' investment, business, and family decision-making. After transitioning from his asset management firm in 2019, he founded JH Consulting, offering family office consulting services. Beyond his professional life, Jeff prioritizes family with his wife, Leeann, and three sons in Nashville. Committed to philanthropy, he leads annual mission trips to Honduras and serves as board chair for Humanity and Hope, a nonprofit bringing hope to impoverished Honduran communities.

    Doug Johnson chairs three TIGER 21 groups in Denver. Husband to Jennifer, father to Jake and Dane and stepfather to Josephine and Evan, Doug and his family are at home in Fort Collins, Colorado. A past investment and trust advisor, his experience includes public markets, direct investments, banking, venture, deal sourcing and syndication. In addition, Doug has served on several boards and commissions primarily focused on education and economic development.

    Christopher Rose is the Chair of TIGER 21’s first Family Office Group outside the United States. He brings extensive experience advising ultra-high-net-worth families on family governance, cross-border investments, and the development of family office strategies. Chris previously led both the Family Office and High Net Worth and Venture Technology practices for Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, in Europe and the Middle East. Recognized by Chambers Europe as a “towering figure” in private equity and venture capital, Chris has advised on over 300 transactions globallyHe is also a trained mediator, having studied at Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation. A long-standing member of YPO, Chris served as Global Chair of the YPO Deal Network, where he facilitated billions of dollars in transactions among business leaders worldwide. Drawing on a career that combines deep transactional experience, legal expertise and extensive work with global families, Chris is uniquely positioned to help family office principals address the challenges of governance, succession, and wealth preservation across generations.

    Michael Warszawski is the Founder and CEO of CWM Partners, a Family Office Advisory firm. He chairs New York City TIGER 21 Groups 2, 15 and 16. Michael brings deep expertise in multi-generational family wealth management as a former CEO, Chair or Director of banks, asset management firms and trust companies in several global jurisdictions.   He also offers 10+ years of experience in facilitating peer groups of accomplished leaders. A graduate of MIT and Columbia, Michael is a member of YPO Gold, the “Institute for the Fiduciary Standard” and the “Institute for Family Governance.” He supports financial literacy in the US through “Working in Support of Education” and conciliatory dialogue in the middle east through the “Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs.” Michael is passionate about music and sings in twelve languages.

All TIGER 21 Members are vetted through the lens of the 5Cs of Membership. Due to the specific focus on family office groups, the following requirements have been adjusted to ensure an optimal, relevant Meeting experience for TIGER 21 Family Office Groups.

Character

Must be of the highest ethics and integrity.

Conditions

Must have, or be in the process of establishing,
a single family office.

Capacity

Must commit to meeting participation and community engagement.

Contribution

Must be Principal or Family Member CIO with appropriate level of family office experience
and intellect.

Capital

Family net worth of $200M or more, the general minimum of wealth under management in a typical family office.
