  Clay Hamlin is Chair of Palm Beach 02 and Co-CEO of FK Partners, a Brazilian financial education firm he co-founded with his wife Fernanda while living in Brazil from 2002 to 2014. FK Partners has trained over 200,000 students and employs 35 staff with 100+ teaching partners. Clay led the company as CEO until 2016 and is currently transitioning the role to a local partner. He is also Partner and EVP at LBCW, his family’s investment firm focused on private transactions and real estate. Previously, Clay spent 7 years at Reuters (now Thomson Reuters) in New York, serving in strategic roles including Director of Business Development and Finance. He began his career as a financial analyst with Strategic Management Group. He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont and became a CFA Charterholder in 2001. Clay lives in Jupiter, Florida, with Fernanda and their three children. He is a competitive golfer (1 handicap), former varsity tennis captain, and a Gracie Jiu Jitsu Blue Belt.

  George Hines is the Chair of TIGER 21 Palm Beach Groups 1 and 2. George brings an entrepreneurial background to the group having started a chain of Musical Instrument Retail Stores, a Commercial Real Estate Management Company, and a National Marketing Alliance of leading Independent Music Merchants (AIMM) in North America. He has experience in Finance and Operations as well as coaching and developing teams. George is passionate about music and music making and supports the Palm Beach Symphony and similar organizations involved in the performing Arts. He started first as a member of TIGER 21 Palm Beach and later became the Chair of the groups in 2020.

  Dave Kustin is the Chair of TIGER 21 Palm Beach 03. An entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience building businesses at the intersection of marketing, brand strategy, content and creative services, Dave brings both the operator's perspective and the coach's instinct to his group. He has spent his career helping start-up and growth-stage companies clarify their positioning and accelerate performance, and as a certified growth coach and a 10+ year member of Entrepreneurs' Organization, he knows what it means to sit in the Member's seat in peer-to-peer groups, and how to create a room where real conversations happen. Dave is also a trained chef building Gourmet Joe: a book, brand, and leadership community that uses life and leadership lessons from the kitchen as the access point for personal growth and building leadership instincts. He is married with two kids and lives in South Florida. He believes the best leadership lessons often come from unexpected places — including the kitchen.
