Roy Assad currently serves as the Chair of a TIGER 21 Group in Palm Beach. He is a professional advisor, motivational speaker, and executive coach, and in 2003 he helped form The Human Capital Group, LLC. Roy’s unique insight into the dynamics of relationships and his desire to share this knowledge with others is the propelling force behind successful coaching and training. Roy coaches’ executives and teams in uncovering key problem areas, identifying trigger points, and ultimately, eliminating roadblocks. Together with his client, Roy builds a solution-based strategy that will free them to overcome obstacles, unleash hidden potential and capitalize on the unique talents they possess with a focus on maximizing personal and professional success. Jason Cain has been selected as a TIGER 21 Chair due to his extensive experience and passion for advising multi-generational families on preserving and passing down their values and wealth. His background as a tax attorney and his work building family offices demonstrate his sophisticated technical expertise and pragmatic approach, which make him well-suited to guide affluent families through complex financial decisions. His role as a lecturer at Columbia University further highlights his commitment to educating others, making him an ideal leader in this prestigious peer-to-peer community. He is an avid college athletics fan and is fortunate to have had the opportunity to follow his three sons’ collegiate football, lacrosse, and basketball careers. -

George Hines is the Chair of TIGER 21 Palm Beach Groups 1 and 2. George brings an entrepreneurial background to the group having started a chain of Musical Instrument Retail Stores, a Commercial Real Estate Management Company, and a National Marketing Alliance of leading Independent Music Merchants (AIMM) in North America. He has experience in Finance and Operations as well as coaching and developing teams. George is passionate about music and music making and supports the Palm Beach Symphony and similar organizations involved in the performing Arts. He started first as a member of TIGER 21 Palm Beach and later became the Chair of the groups in 2020.
