According to a new TIGER 21 survey, Members entered the new year with more conservative strategies in mind but said they will still invest in certain opportunities. 69% of TIGER 21 Members responded that they intend to invest in real estate in 2023, especially multi-family units, medical facilities, and storage units. Other common investments from the survey were technology, energy, and healthcare.
