JC Keeler, TIGER 21 Chair, Head of TIGER 21 Real Estate Network, and Moderator 

JC Keeler joined TIGER 21 as a Member and transitioned to the role of Chair for three TIGER 21 Groups: NYC 04, NYC 05 and NYC 08. JC also leads the TIGER 21 Real Estate Network. JC was a founding partner of DDG, a ground-up residential development company with offices in New York City and San Francisco. He owns and manages properties in the Catskills, NYC, the Hamptons, and California. JC is a graduate of the Lawrenceville School, the University of Colorado at Boulder, and Tulane Law School. 

Shawn Dahl, TIGER 21 Member 

Shawn Dahl is the founder and General Partner of Store Space Self Storage and Real Capital Partners, which manage a growing portfolio of self-storage and car wash facilities and represent more than $1 billion in market capitalization. After a successful early career in real estate sales and health product distribution, Shawn co-founded iStorage.com in 2010. The company grew a portfolio of 68 self-storage facilities, eventually exiting the business in 2016 for $700 million. Passionate about philanthropy, Shawn focuses on initiatives to benefit the homeless, hungry, and undereducated. Through Kuwasha International Development Society, Shawn has helped fund coffee plantations in Uganda in order to feed, educate, and provide health care to young girls, while empowering the next generation.  

Nancy Lashine, TIGER 21 Member

Nancy Lashine is the Founder and Managing Partner of Park Madison Partners, a boutique real asset private equity placement firm in New York that has raised more than $17 billion of equity capital in funds, joint ventures, and separate accounts for its clients. Nancy has over 35 years of experience in real estate and investment marketing, covering office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and niche product types. She is active in her communities, serving on neighborhood boards, university boards, and not-for profit boards. She holds an BFA in Dance Theatre from Case Western Reserve and an MBA from Columbia University.
