As Founder & CEO of Quark Solar, Pritam Doshi continues his entrepreneurial journey in the renewables/cleantech space in India and is looking to grow the renewable energy business by professionalizing his operating team. Pritam also recently sold his family business in the automotive aftermarket and is exploring opportunities for the 2.0 stage of his life. He has an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and a BSE in BioEngineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
Rob Garrett, TIGER 21 Family Office Chair
Rob Garrett is the Chair of Family Office Group 09, which has an international footprint across London, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. He brings over 15 years of experience in the global family business arena, supporting entrepreneurial families and founders across the UK, Dubai, and Singapore. His background spans operating roles within family enterprises, private investment offices, and leadership positions in a first-generation-founded hospitality business, and an eleventh-generation-family landowner’s hospitality core business in the UK. Rob’s expertise includes luxury hospitality and real estate development, international deal structuring, and managing the affairs of prominent private individuals. Over more than a decade in the Middle East and Asia, he combined advisory work with principal investing, building a portfolio focused on growth equity and early‑stage ventures with positive societal and environmental impact. He is also a frequent speaker and moderator within family office networks across Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. A former British Army officer, Rob has lived and worked across three continents and remains passionate about bridging international markets, education philanthropy, and early‑stage innovation.
Mark Troy, TIGER 21 Dubai Chair
Mark Troy is founder and CEO of Medotex Solutions and the Chair of Dubai 03 and Dubai 04. Mark has three decades of expertise in building and growing businesses in Africa and the Middle East in some of the most challenging markets on the planet. Building and investing in partnerships in emerging markets has proven challenging and rewarding. Having held leadership roles in a variety of organizations, he has focused much of his career on mentoring and fostering peer-led development. An avid technophile, he enjoys training C-Suite teams on the integration of AI into their businesses.
