    Mark Marxer is the TIGER 21 Chair of Boca Raton, Florida. Mark is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at MMX Management est. in Wayzata, Minnesota, now in Boca Raton as of 2021. Mark brings over 35 years of business development starting over 486 businesses and having raised over $20 billion since 1994. His current professional pursuit coincides with his personal passions spanning across Sports & Entertainment, Wealth Partners, Global Business Development. Mark values working with innovators and entrepreneurs, advising them towards proper business development, growth, and risk management. Mark built the Alternatives business from its infancy at Alliance Bernstein, later becoming Founding Partner and CEO at Redsky Partners followed by the Global Head of Alternatives at Citi in NY. Mark attended Oregon State University where he met his wife, Jena, prior to moving to Minnesota. When Mark isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his family, attempting to play golf, deep-sea fishing, and quoting classic movies.

    Brian Weiner is the Founder and CEO of Family Office Growth Partners, with nearly 30 years of experience advising successful entrepreneurs and family enterprises on investment, tax, governance, and philanthropy. As a former Deputy Trade Commissioner for the Government of Israel, Brian facilitated U.S.-Israeli partnerships before launching a start-up featured in Fred DeLuca’s book “Start Small Finish Big!” He later built a prominent family office practice at Smith Barney and founded Allied Advisors, which grew to oversee $5 billion in family wealth. After selling Allied, Brian joined BNY Mellon as Senior Director, originating $500 million in assets. In 2014, he co-founded Manifest Recovery Centers as a social impact investment. Brian holds degrees from UC Santa Barbara, Hebrew University, Suffolk Law School, and is part of Columbia Business School’s Executive MBA Program. He serves on multiple boards, including YPO Palm Beach and the Motion Picture Academy Museum.
