He is the founder of a pioneering 3D medical animation company that has contributed to physician education for over two decades, and has led initiatives such as COVIDIndia.org, a large-scale volunteer-driven platform supporting frontline healthcare workers. Known for his creative and lateral thinking, Girish actively invests in and mentors early-stage ventures, while trading his own capital to stay closely connected to global markets. As a Chair, he brings a unique ability to connect ideas across domains and facilitate thoughtful, high-quality dialogue among accomplished peers. Samant Sikka is the Chair of Delhi 02. A hands-on business leader, Samant brings deep investing experience, entrepreneurial perspective, and a relationship-first mindset to his TIGER 21 Group. With a career spanning leading global institutions and building ventures from the ground up, Samant combines strategic clarity with practical, real-world judgment. He has held leadership roles across investment management and financial services, and founded Sqrrl, a fintech platform that was successfully acquired in 2022. This blend of institutional rigor and founder perspective allows him to facilitate conversations that are both candid and actionable. Samant is known for creating an environment of trust, curiosity, and shared learning—where Members feel comfortable bringing both opportunities and challenges to the table. Outside of work, his passion for golf reflects his belief in discipline, community, and continuous improvement—values he brings into every engagement he leads.
