Andy Blank is Chair of Detroit 03 and is President of the Franklin Advisory Group, a business consulting firm. Before launching the Franklin Advisory Group, he was Vice President of Franklin Companies, a Michigan based owner of land-lease communities. He currently serves on the board of directors and volunteers at two non-profit organizations, St. Vincent Sarah Fisher Center and Friends of Camp Mak-A-Dream, both of which have an emphasis on children. Andy Blank resides in Birmingham, Michigan with his wife Beth. He enjoys travel, reading, golf, running and planning his next stand-up routine. -

Ian Burnstein is the Chair of TIGER 21 Detroit 01. Ian owns SPM Advisors which invests in and consults for several businesses. Before starting SPM Advisors, Ian was a real estate attorney and started and sold Storage Pros. Storage Pros had more than 100 locations in 8 states and was a top 20 operator in the industry. Ian leans on his broad experience to facilitate his group. He started as a member and became a Chair that has a deep understanding of what his group requires and pulls the most out of his members to enhance the experience. He also runs a free medical clinic that is named in his father’s memory that provides more than $10M worth of free healthcare for the uninsured. Ian enjoys spending time outdoors and on the water with family and friends at his northern Michigan home, traveling, golfing and University of Michigan sports. -

Reneé Erlich is the Chair of the Detroit 04 group. As the founder of Prosperi Leadership Coaching, established in 2011, Reneé has partnered with successful and ambitious leaders, offering them a space to explore personal growth and leadership development. Earlier in her career, Reneé co-founded pulse220 and Star Trax. Reneé has served on the boards of organizations such as EO Detroit, JVS, HDS, JFMD, and currently serves on the board of FWP. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Reneé and her husband Craig are deeply committed to finding a cure for Type 1 Diabetes, a mission they passionately pursue as a family. Other accomplishments include Crain’s Detroit Business 40 Under 40 recipient, holding a BA from Michigan State University, and earning a PCC from the International Coaching Academy. Beyond her career, Reneé is passionate about fitness and has recently embraced the challenge of golf. Reneé and her husband Craig have three adult children. -

Stu Wolff is the proud Chair of TIGER 21 Detroit 02. A seasoned entrepreneur in the foodservice industry for 32 years, successfully building, scaling, and selling the Wolff Group to Acosta, the largest North America Sales & Marketing Agency. Today, Stu is a certified EOS® Implementer/Business Coach, coaching small-mid-size businesses owners and their leadership teams to help them to achieve what they want out of their business. Stu is an Honorary Professor at Michigan State University (MSU), College of Business, School of Hospitality Management. He was recognized in 2015 as MSU Alumni of the Year. Stu and his wife established the Stuart G. & Elizabeth S. Wolff Endowment for Hospitality Business Students. Stu & his wife Liz have two children Aaron & Josh, and reside in Birmingham, MI & Delray Beach, FL.
