Mohamad El-Hage (Mo) is the Chair of the TIGER 21 DUBAI 01 Group. Mo maintains a dynamic career as a founder, operator, and investor in specialized healthcare service businesses in the UAE, KSA, and wider MENA region. Mo’s experiences in building and scaling businesses have delivered exceptional value to shareholders, including achieving over USD 300M in returns in two Post-Acute Care businesses that he built and sold as an Operating Partner with private equity firm TVM Capital. Mo’s career started at top-tier financial and strategy advisory firms, giving him a solid base for subsequent private equity investing and leadership roles. He has developed a strong reputation for strategic vision, empowering leadership, delivering complex growth projects, advising boards and business leaders, and mentoring entrepreneurs. An MBA graduate from the Kellogg School of Management and an active YPO member, Mo is passionate about continuous learning and peer communities. Beyond his professional pursuits, Mo enjoys snowboarding, boating, and discovering new travel destinations with his family and friends. -

Vijay Tirathrai, Dubai 02, is a prominent technology investor, serial entrepreneur, and CEO. He is the Managing Director and Head of MENAPT at Techstars, managing a portfolio of over 3,800 companies. Vijay also chairs Three Wheels United, serves as a strategic advisor to Crestbrick, and founded FalconLion Capital Advisory. He is a Global Advisor to Scholar of Finance and a Trustee at Richmond University. Previously, he served as the Global CEO and Chairman of the Entrepreneurs' Organization and held leadership roles in the YPO. With 40 years of experience, Vijay has successfully founded and expanded companies in seven industries in SE Asia. He earned a Bachelor's in Marketing from Richmond University and completed executive education at Stanford University. In 2003, he was honored as the Global Entrepreneur Person of the Year by GOPIO and EO.
