J. Sood is the Chair of Greenwich Groups 01 and 02. His firm, Greenwich Capital Partners, assists clients in raising institutional capital for private equity, venture capital and real estate funds and energy transition projects. Sood began his career with Exxon, is a CFA Charterholder, Wharton MBA, and holds engineering degrees from MIT. He serves on advisory boards with organizations focused on diplomacy and national security matters in Washington, DC. He enjoys sail racing, coastal cruising and international travel. Born in New Delhi but raised in the US, Sood appreciates both Eastern and Western perspectives and enjoys getting to know people of different backgrounds. Sood is an active investor in public equities, commodities, alternatives, and real estate. He and his partner live in Connecticut and love relishing in social events and forging meaningful relationships.
