J.B. Bernstein is the Chair of LV 01 & 02. Over his 35-year career he has held posts with Grey, P&G, Upper Deck & MLS, but he is most widely known as a sports agent. He represented Barry Sanders, Emmitt Smith, and Barry Bonds, and is ne of the godfathers of milestone marketing in sports. In 2007 he created the Million Dollar Arm TV show and contest which yielded the 1 st MLB players ever signed from India. Disney ultimately turned J.B.’s story into a movie, where Jon Hamm plays him. He lives in Vegas with his wife Brenda & daughter Delphine, where Golf Horses are the family’s 2 passions. J.B.’s favorite saying – “If you are going to spend your life running anyway, you might as well be chasing your dreams”. -

Jerry Velarde, Chair of Las Vegas 03 and Founding CEO of Nevada Financial, hails from Texas and graduated from UT, specializing in Commercial Bank Management, Accounting, and Marketing. With expertise in Commercial Equipment Finance, Leasing, Debt Structure, Corporate Setup, and Marketing, Jerry brings a robust skill set to the table. His board service spans from personally managing Strong Kids Foundation to significant roles in notable organizations like the American Heart Association and The Boys and Girls Club, where he excels in Succession Planning and Philanthropy strategies. With over 15 years leading peer groups in YPO Las Vegas and YPO Gold Las Vegas, Jerry's impact extends beyond Nevada Financial. His company now functions as a holding entity, overseeing commercial lending and ownership in diverse local and national businesses, including Commercial Finance, Construction, Real Estate, Medical Services, Hospitality, and Cannabis ventures. Passionate about Philanthropy, Travel, Fine Dining, Wine Collecting, Hunting, and Fishing, Jerry and his family embody a multifaceted approach to life.
