John Koloda is Chair of Montreal 01 and Best Practice Chair for TIGER 21. As a Best Practice Chair, Koloda works one-on-one with other Chairs across North America and Europe on continuous development of their facilitation and leadership skills. Koloda loves rolling up his sleeves with a fellow business leader, executive, or entrepreneur and going narrow and deep on a challenge. As President of KolodaCORE, he works with a diverse roster of clients ranging from Canada’s biggest bank to a national non-profit to a local practice of physiotherapists. He leverages decades of business experience to match the right solution with the situation. Koloda also currently works as an Instructor at McGill Executive Institute guiding business leaders and aspiring executives through four weeks of intensive study on becoming more agile and effective leaders. His greatest passion is drawing people out and acting as an essential partner for amplifying their success. -

Randall Ettinger is a Montreal-based real estate investor, philanthropist, TIGER 21 Chair, world traveler, and executive coach. He holds a BA from Concordia University and an MBA earned jointly in Toronto and Shanghai. He honed his real estate expertise at SmartCentres REIT, where he focused on development, land planning, and finance. In 2011, he founded Perspective Real Estate Group, focusing on value-add commercial projects. By 2020, he co-founded Capstone Developments, specializing in urban infill residential projects. Randall shifted gears in 2024, selling his business interests to focus on coaching high-performing CEOs and entrepreneurs. Fluent in four languages, Randall has traveled to over 50 countries, with adventures ranging from big-wave surfing in the Philippines to motorcycling across southern India. Beyond business, he’s committed to community service, sitting on boards for charities dedicated to affordable housing and to children with special needs. When he’s not in the boardroom or coaching, Randall can often be found on the tennis court, refining his game.
