Rick Schwartz is the Chair of Naples Group 01. As a founder and senior executive, Rick led three companies to successful exits and spent over 20 years in the consulting industry as a Partner with Coopers & Lybrand, Laventhal & Horwath, and American Management Systems (now CGI). A graduate of the University of South Florida, Rick also attended the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Management Executive Seminar Series. He chairs a Naples Vistage group facilitating the peer group of accomplished business leaders. Rick is the Board Chair of Charity for Change, a not-for-profit organization devoted to instilling empathy, compassion, and the giving spirit to children, and serves on the Advisory Board of John R. Wood Properties, a real estate company. One of Rick’s hobbies is to increase the Monarch butterfly population. Together with his wife, Dee, they maintain several butterfly gardens of host and nectar plants on their property.
