Elise is founding board chair of the Heartland office for Endeavor, a global non-profit serving high-impact entrepreneurs. She is the author of "Leading Through the Turn" (McGraw Hill), endorsed by John Maxwell. She and her husband, Raye, have two adult children and enjoy motorcycling, hiking and traveling off the beaten path.
