Jeff Hays is Chair of Nashville 01, 02 and Family Office 03. Hays professional life has involved serving as co-founder of a boutique institutional research and asset management firm, launched in 2001. As president, Jeff led a significant expansion there, achieving more than $2 billion in AUM. After exiting in 2019, Jeff launched JH Consulting, a firm focused on consulting with UHNW families exploring multi-family or single-family offices. His experience in finance and a strong belief in peer-to-peer collaboration led him to TIGER 21. At TIGER 21, Jeff aims to harness members’ carried expertise and collective intelligence to improve their investment acumen, business decisions, and family dynamics. Jeff and his wife Leeann reside in Nashville with their three sons. On his best day, you will find Jeff on the lake wake-surfing, in the mountains skiing with his family, or somewhere in the woods trying to bring home dinner. -

Elise Mitchell is a Member-turned-Chair of Nashville 03. She has more than 25 years of experience steering leaders and their companies through complex business challenges. She is a three-time founder – most notably of Mitchell Communications Group, a top 10 fastest-growing PR firm globally and a two-time Inc. 500/5000 company. Under her leadership, her agency grew more than 500% in five years working with Fortune 500 brands including Walmart, P&G and Hilton. In 2013, she completed a strategic sale of her company to Dentsu, taking on a global M&A role. Today Elise is an executive coach and consultant to entrepreneurs. Elise is founding board chair of the Heartland office for Endeavor, a global non-profit serving high-impact entrepreneurs. She is the author of "Leading Through the Turn" (McGraw Hill), endorsed by John Maxwell. She and her husband, Raye, have two adult children and enjoy motorcycling, hiking and traveling off the beaten path.
