    Ben Slager is a co-Chair of the two dynamic Groups in Vancouver, BC. Ben is the co-founder of a leading M&A- oriented boutique law firm (Mogan Daniels Slager LLP), is an active angel investor (and advisor for angel groups) and serves on various private Boards and as the trusted advisor for a number of families. Ben is also the author of an international (worst) selling “children’s book for adults”, entitled “Flight of the Headless Chicken”. Ben married his grade 7 sweet-heart (married for 27 years as of 2020), and has two very different and very busy young adult daughters.  Our Vancouver Groups are smart, authentic and caring communities – come for a visit to share and develop your wealth and family stewardship insights in relationship with our engaging Tigers, in a dynamic (and usually fun) environment.

    Natalie Michael is Chair of Vancouver 03. She is a specialist in CEO Transitions, Peer Learning, Executive Coaching, and Succession Planning. She has a decade experience running CEO peer learning groups with Mackay CEO Forums and is the Co-Author of: Your CEO Succession Playbook: How to Pass the Torch so Everyone Wins (endorsed by Dan Pink). One of her passion projects is facilitating a CEO Next Chapter retreat where she supports CEOs to clarify how they want to contribute their talents to the world when exiting the role. When consulting, Natalie supports Boards and CEOs to develop their leadership pipeline and she has received multiple awards for this work. She has a master’s in organizational leadership with a specialty in coaching high achieving executive women during transitions, and a BA in Psychology. She is trained in multiple facilitation and coaching methods. Natalie is passionate about social purpose, consciousness, and inspiring people to use their talents for positive social change.

    Roxana M. Colquhoun CPA, CMA, co-Chairs Vancouver 01 and 02. Colquhoun is the co-Founder of HNW Services Inc., a boutique firm providing family office services to ultra-high net-worth families and has 25+ year’s experience in public practice advising families of wealth and entrepreneurs in all aspects of their financial affairs. Prior to founding HNW, she was a senior manager in the M&A group of PwC Canada. Colquhoun grew up in communism and moved “West” in her teens to further her education. Colquhoun studied at the London School of Economics and the Sauder School of Business where she is a graduate of the Family Enterprise Advisor Program and the Insights Discovery Program. An active member of the local community and deep believer in mentorship, Roxana is also a member of the Honorary Advisory Board and the Legacy Committee of the Big Sisters of BC. A survivor of the Chernobyl disaster (1986) and the Asian tsunami (2005), Colquhoun believes these experiences helped shape her multi-layered capabilities.
