What does it take to thrive through life’s unexpected transitions and challenges? For Ena Hull, Newport Beach TIGER 21 Chair, the answer lies in the power of reinvention, the strength of strategic networks, and the courage to ask bold questions. In her recent podcast interview on The Jasmine Star Show, Ena shared her remarkable journey—from launching her first consulting business at age 20 to leading large-scale transformations in education and private equity.

Ena’s story is shaped by her ability to transform struggles into stepping stones. Growing up with limited resources, she developed a keen eye for identifying opportunities others might overlook. This mindset fueled her success in her early 20s, where she collaborated with 20 colleges through her first consulting venture. Later, she became a financial systems expert, managing over $20 million in assets, and scaled a small nursing school into one of the largest on the West Coast.

Ena also emphasizes that success is rarely achieved solo. Building strong networks and fostering relationships with mentors have been essential. Leaders don’t need to have all the answers—they need the humility to seek out expertise and environments where collaboration thrives. As a TIGER 21 Chair, she continues to create that collaborative environment and guide Members to approach life’s complexities with clarity and purpose.
