Greg Glover, Managing Director with Private Client Services (PCS), directs all aspects of the seven PCS offices in Marsh’s Northeast Zone. In addition, he oversees the services provided to wealthy clients with specialized risks, such as luxury and mega yachts, and aviation. He also serves as the practice’s National Growth Manager. Mr. Glover began his career in 1973 as regional yacht insurance underwriter for St. Paul insurance company. He later held various regional and national underwriting and marketing positions with St. Paul and CNA insurance companies. He joined a local independent insurance agency in Fort Lauderdale, Florida in 1983. Greg Glover has been with Marsh’s Private Client Services Practice as a regional, national, and global leader since 1985 and was promoted to Managing Director in 1998. He was instrumental in establishing new PCS offices in Palm Beach and Naples, Florida. Mr. Glover was also a founder of Marsh’s Luxury Yacht Practice, which, guided by his leadership, has become a world leader in providing risk solutions to more than 3,500 clients, including the owners of many of the world’s largest luxury yachts. Consequently, throughout his career, Mr. Gover has developed strong relationships with many of the Private Client Services Practice’s largest clients and various referral relationships. Mr. Glover is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a master’s degree in business administration and bachelor’s degree in risk management and insurance. He is a member of the International Superyacht Society and has previously served as Vice President on its Board of Directors. Mr. Glover has also been active in youth sports as a coach and administrator, and was formerly the president of a youth tackle football program. He is currently an associate member of the NFL Alumni Association, an organization dedicated to children’s charities.
