Gil Bonwitt brings a principal’s perspective to family office leadership and multigenerational wealth stewardship. As a principal of The Scheck Group, a multigenerational family office focused on private equity and real estate, he is deeply involved in governance, capital allocation, deal structuring, and philanthropic strategy — aligning legacy capital with long‑term values and civic purpose. With more than 30 years of experience building, scaling, and advising operating companies and mission‑driven organizations, Gil draws on a foundation in accounting, finance, and law, paired with decades of entrepreneurial leadership. His background informs his work in liquidity planning, succession strategy, governance design, and disciplined capital deployment. He brings practical insight as both a family office principal and operating executive, navigating the complexities of wealth creation, preservation, and transition. Gil Chairs two TIGER 21 Groups in Miami and Fort Lauderdale and also leads a Family Office Group, facilitating high‑trust peer forums for UHNWI and SFO principals. He is known for thoughtful judgment and a steady long‑term perspective. A Wharton and Georgetown Law graduate, Gil and his wife Elise have five children and a granddaughter he’s especially proud of.

Cynthia Dalagelis is the Chair of Miami 04. With extensive experience across technology firms, financial institutions, and private corporations, she develops innovative growth and investment solutions by leveraging technology and data. She serves as a General Partner and investor at Keyway Builders, a U.S. real estate developer focused on creating accessible housing for working-class families. Previously, as Senior Vice President and Director of Institutional Investments at Amalgamated Bank, Cynthia launched an institutional investing platform overseeing $500 million in values-directed and impact investments. Before that, she led growth for Timeless Capital, the private equity arm of the SP Hinduja Family Office. Outside of work, Cynthia serves as a Board Member for Conscious Capitalism New York, is a member of Chief, and contributes to Forbes Finance. She is passionate about fostering meaningful relationships and making a lasting impact through her work and community involvement.

Jeff Eisenberg is the Principal of JFE Advisory LLC, a business and executive coaching organization, and Chair of TIGER 21 Miami Group 06. He brings a distinctive background as a public-company CEO, board member, and former corporate, securities and M&A attorney, with deep experience leading organizations through growth, transformation, and complex strategic decisions. Jeff has built and led high-performing management teams across private and publicly traded companies, with particular strength in strategy, people, execution and accountability. During a multi-decade biopharma career, Jeff rose from General Counsel to CEO of a 700-employee, Nasdaq-listed company, led a joint venture with a Fortune 500 partner, and served as CEO of the U.S. subsidiary of a Japan-based public company following a $450 million cross-border acquisition. He has also guided smaller public companies through strategic repositioning and value-creation initiatives. Jeff also brings deep experience in facilitating peer groups to his role as a TIGER 21 Chair.

Avi Weintraub is Chair of Miami 01 and 03. After 5 years of Membership, Weintraub decided to transition to a TIGER 21 Chair role in 2020. He is a real estate developer and general contractor with over 30 years of experience building commercial and residential developments, as well as the construction of over 3,000,000 square feet throughout South Florida, including office complexes, retail centers, warehouses, apartments, and condominiums. In 2016, Avi began investing in the cannabis sector and has made several investments in a wide range of companies from multi-state operators to grow facilities to private equity funds. Avi spent many years acting in an improv comedy troupe and is an avid boater and skier. He is married to Maria and they have two sons, Sami and Dani.

Arthur Woods is the Chair of Miami 05. He is the co-founder of 1080 Ventures, a venture studio and fund backing people-first AI companies. He is an investor in over 50+ startups including OpenAI, Anthropic, Oura, and Perplexity. A three-time founder, Arthur built and exited two HR tech companies, Mathison and Imperative, and led operations for YouTube’s Education team at Google. He also co-founded Out in Tech, the largest LGBTQ+ tech community in the world with over 70,000 members in over 50 cities globally. Arthur is the author of the best-selling book Hiring for Diversity. A graduate of Georgetown University and a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, Arthur started his career founding a global social impact entrepreneurial accelerator that equipped over 2,000 students to launch their own socially conscious companies.
